Refund / Cancellation Policy
- Cloudassist Services Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. Students will be notified at least 3 business days in advance thru calls or emails. For emergency cases, less than 24 hours will be given instead.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full Payment of Course Fee 14 days before course commencement for individual enrolment.
- Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory for SSG funded courses. Participants to bear full training fees if attendance is below 75%.
- Written notice of withdrawal of 14 Business Day before course/program commencement is required to be entitled to withdraw from the course.
- Written notice of withdrawal to the Registrar less than 14 business days before course/program commencement will incur a 50% of Full Fee for SSG Funded and Corporate Class.
- Cancellation and request for change of course date within 7 business days’ notice will not be allowed. 100% of the Full Course fee will be charged for SSG Funded and Corporate Class.
- In the event that any term or condition is ambiguous in the opinion of the Company, the Registrar’s interpretation prevails.
